What types of rentals are offered?

You can stay from a minimum of 3 nights up to monthly, seasonal or annual rentals. For the years 2025 and 2026, annual rentals are not accepted.

On the occasion of the “Milano Cortina 2026” Olympics and all the numerous sporting events held every year in our valley, the length of stays and additional requests can be completely customized as long as they are agreed well in advance.

How can I find out the price for the requested period?

The rates applied vary depending on the length of the stay, the period requested and the coincidence of particular important sporting events.

What does the price include?

For all stays less than 30 days, the price includes the initial linen for each guest (towels and sheets), WiFi connection, the cost of utilities (electricity, water, methane where present, heating and waste) and the cost of final cleaning. The tourist tax is excluded and must be paid directly on site.

For stays longer than 30 days, the rental contract will be duly registered with the Revenue Agency, and the registration fee will be divided equally between the property and the guest. The price does not include utilities (electricity, methane where present, heating, water and waste) which will be calculated based on actual use.

Do you accept pets?

The presence of your four-legged friend must be agreed upon in advance. If authorised, an extra cleaning fee will be applied. To avoid inconveniences and misunderstandings in the event of damage etc., we recommend that you take out insurance for your pet.

Are the apartments furnished and is the kitchen equipped?

All apartments are fully furnished, the kitchen is equipped and initial bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.
