The accommodation includes a large garage, an external private parking lot, a lawn with a movable BBQ, and a 12 m2 wooden cabin which, if requested, can for example serve as a ski/equipment storage room or a waxing area.

The apartment is organized on two levels: on the ground floor there is the entrance, the kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooking plates and wood-burning stove; the living room with sofa, decorative hob stove and smart TV; the bathroom with washing machine and the small internal staircase that connects the garage to the house. On the upper level there are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and Turkish bath. The apartment is equipped with independent heating and wifi connection. It is allowed to light a fire in the wood-burning stove, while for reasons of familiarity and safety, it is not allowed to use the hob stove.
